What kind of moderation should Twoism.org adopt?

Dear Twoism members,

Since its beginning, Twoism has been a space where people come together through a shared love for Boards of Canada and related topics. Over the years, this forum has always embraced a wide range of conversations, sometimes sharp, sometimes philosophical, sometimes deeply personal.

But times change, and so does the internet. That’s why we'd like to hear from you: how should Twoism approach moderation in the future? There’s no right or wrong answer, this is an opportunity to reflect together on what we want this community to be, and how we interact with one another.

Please take a moment to vote in the poll. Your input will help us shape the future of Twoism in a way that reflects the values of its members.

Help we’re fighting,
Twoism crew

I know someone already said this in this thread, but I would absolutely love for this song to be officially released, even if it's a bit reworked or something.

Just like I felt when I listened to it! Annoying. Like those people who come punch drunk to an epic gig you have been waiting for ages and stand in front of you friggin yelling, spilling beer, pushing you around causing ruckus and you just want hit that fella in the groin.

Probably, it's because it was 2000, very few people were file sharing on the internet/there were no streaming sites and Boards of Canada did not have as enthusiastic or large of a fan base. The people there might have been pleased to see them perform, but they were not hyped for them as people now would be.

skeptical but hopeful...

It would seem to fit into the Boards personas to release something perhaps 12/21/12?

Who is this fuck and how does he have any real authority? Might as well be one of us saying there will be a new album soon.

My theory is that he - as a well-renowned fan of Boards (esp. if you hear the music he made for 'Look Around You' under the name Gelg) - was just alluding to rumour and fan speculation, but did so in a way that could be easily misunderstood as someone stating factual news.

It's not totally outside the realms of possibility that he might have some knowledge, though...

I guess... but it doesn't seem likely. It just looks like another BoC fan stating that there will be a new album soon.
