Oh, her TTK. So I guess this is the forum you were talking about. Hope I'm not crashing the party or anything.

Hello all, I'm from Miami and I just discovered this message board a few days ago ( how the hell did I not know about this place before) while trying to find some info on the new album. I've been a BoC fan since the early 2000's and what can I say that hasn't been said about them. I pretty much fall asleep to Geogaddi every night ( in a good way) and after many many years I have not grew one inch tired of it. I also listened to these compilations you guys have put together. Wow great material, I am truely amazed on how good it is. Boards of Canada fans really are the best.

what black box? I'm totally out of the loop, any information at this point is good enough.

On the official website for BoC, under the discography page there is an empty box where the next album will go. If you click on the empty box it turns black. So there is an empty black box there.

haha! Oh I definitely stay up on new music. Lately the closest thing I've heard someone come to Boc is this guy named Tyco, it's mostly just the sound of his records not really production.

Greetings programs.
i am a program too. we all are part of a huge geometric / infinite pattern that really is the atom inside of a finger that presses against the note of a second hand korg keyboard that is recorded as a wave-file that then is sequenced amongst many other files that are eventually compressed / bounced down to a single track that is then translated as a file that burns on to a cdr left in the left pocket of denim trousers that are found in a attic so when the cd is played your hear nothing cos its too scratched.

with that being said my name is king wrong. i am never right. about anything.

but i have taste in music and have a keen eye on reduced foods at marks and spencer / tesco. i like pieces of gammon and running to work so i can be sweaty and late. no-one sits next to me because i am smelly.

Okay, hi, King Wrong!

My name is RJ but I go by 2020k on the boards because of a blog and some music I make under the moniker. I'd like to go into a paragraph on how Boards of Canada currently have a website with a black box underneath the discography section of their website. This black box has been programmed by state of the art programmers using mouse clicks that are then converted into the Hex code FFFFFF and exported into a file that is then programmed onto their website using key strokes and enter buttons. This black box has left Boards of Canada fans feeling like those denim pockets because it has not been updated in almost a year.

I would like to say that the new Boards of Canada album will be released tomorrow with 14 shiny new songs and a sleek, nostalgic album cover, and the first vinyl pressing will sell out within hours, but I too, am wrong about everything, so I am glad to have you on Twoism.

Now that I've caught you all up to date...seriously, we're a cool bunch here. Thanks for joining. Coolest "hi, i'm new post" ever. WELCOME! :D

Hi all
My name is D but I make music in a project called Either Bridge.
Music is my muse.
BoC is easily my favorite band, ya know the kind where "every song is about ME!" kind of favorite band. I love all types of music but BoC is like... going home for me.
It's a pleasure to make all of your acquaintances.

Hi folks,

Been a BoC head for about 13 years now after a family member recommended MHTRTC to me as a kid (quite apt really). Have listened to Warp records for as long as I can remember so it was only going to be a matter of time before I found out about them, but ever since first hearing that LP I've been hooked. BoC, (along with Aphex Twin, The Future Sound of London and The Orb) have been the soundtrack to growing up for me so their music has great signficance to me, aside from the fact that it's just beautiful, deep music. Never really been a forum person, but had dipped in and out of twoism over the years as a guest just to check up on news and recommendations and thought it was high time I just joined.

Look forward to using the forum more, seems like a great place to chat all things music.
