i've only started to get into the whole krautrock thing so honestly i don't know which one is their best one; but i heard that Phaedra is a good place to start :)

I bought 'The Sounds of Machines Our Parents Used' about two months ago off ebay and it is absolutely awesome; pretty expen$ive though...

'Puzl' is one of the best idm/tech-house tracks I've ever heard.
