I think I might have to put Pet Sounds on later now. One of the most gorgeous albums ever. "Don't Talk..." is just perfect.

Ceremony - New Order.

It's all about the third "listen...." - you could just melt. I'm putting it on right now...

It's a beauty - The Beach Boys for me, aren't a band I have explored particularly - can't wait to get hold of their other classic material.

I saw Spiritualized last weekend and all they played were covers. Kind of a disappointment.

Anyhow, currently listening to Calling Old Friends by Defiance, Ohio

Federico Aubele - Postales

Came across this gem at the record store, going through the "Ambient/Noise/Independent" vinyl and kicking myself for once again neglecting to get myself a turntable. I had never heard of this guy, but I caught "Produced by Thievery Corporation" on the sleeve, which was convincing enough to me. Checked him out on youtube later and fell in love.

New Beach Boys album... Not sure how I feel about it atm. Some cringe worthy lyrics but I still kinda like it :)
