Oddly enough, it reminds me of that age, too. Not cause I was 17 when it came out (I would've been about 7), but because I became more intensely into electronic music (particularly trip-hop) at that point and would lend CDs to one of my friends and exchange recommendations.

same! i was about 10 when it was released. when i was 17, i got into trip hop & the like (and drugs) through my boyfriend at the time. ill never forget lying in the dark watching smoke swirl around in the air listening to unkle and an absolutely awesome mix by david holmes that ive never ever been able to find since.
