Kelela's Hallucinogen EP. I love that Warp gave this the green light.

It's definitely great, I'm loving the track Rewind as of late,
I think this will be Warp's next expansion, they tried rock with Maximo Park and Battles, and now going to verge into pop territory.

Also it might be their attempt at grabbing their own FKA Twigs after she blew up- last year.

it's definitely not for everyone, rather crass post-black metal, great stuff.
Molest me not with this pocket calculator stuff.

I fackin' love The Byrds. What a great psychedelic pop song, how it did not make the album it beyond me..

There are some great harmonies in that track, and the guitar solo over the droning bassline at the end is fantastic.
It even gets kinda atonal at some parts, which is really cool.

Definitely, the harmonies in the opening lines are brilliant. I like how the backing singer takes the lower harmony too, it takes you by surprise. Another great Byrds psychedelic cut:

Also covered, at much greater length, by Spur:

Just recently discovered Rival Consoles. He uses a very stripped down set up of a Moog RME and Prophet 08 with the Midi Murf pedal and some live drums and occasional guitar. I loving his new album Howl, I think its much better than his computer based aphex twin type stuff from 4 years ago.

The new Teeth Of The Sea album is brilliant. They are playing in Preston in a couple of weeks. I'm anticipating it falling somewhere between sublime and terrifying:

Deru - 1979 (album)

The first time I'm listening to it, holy shit this is such an amazing album. Amazingly good melodies, this is gonna be a big new favourite of mine.

Why doesn't this guy have his own topic on twoism yet?
