The Democratic party has definitely failed us here. They failed us back in 2016 when they peddled Hillary Clinton on us over Bernie Sanders, they failed us when Joe Biden was not pushed to withdraw from reelection sooner, they failed us when they refused to believe they could fight the Trump party on an equal playing field, and they failed us by not instilling inspiration and confidence in the minds of our young and apathetic voters.

We still have Bernie Sanders and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez trying their hardest to speak out against this administration, and considering Sanders is older than both Biden and Trump, it speaks miles about his mental faculties being overlooked in the political sphere. I can only do so much as one singular citizen, I've written to my state senators, and I support any protest movement that props up anywhere in the country. If the people are strong enough, a dictator will fall in the most unceremonious manner, just look at the likes of Hitler, Mussolini, and Gaddafi. This goes out to the Russian people as well when I say this; we deserve leaders, not rulers. I would certainly understand if any Russians out there might think their people "get what they deserve", as I certainly feel the same way toward many Americans, but my point still remains. This is no time to be pointing fingers at each other. Nations can only succeed if we're on the same page, not vying for each others downfall like the MAGAtards will espouse at any given opportunity.
