Idea: Could BoC be transmitting the album on a radio frequency in and around Scotland?
If I lived there I'd be fiddling with every station.

There are so many bands that are done after three albums, and still lives on in the heart of many people. Why don't you just all imagine, for one or two years, that the band is over, and just enjoy what they've already given?

I mean for all we know, they could have changed their moniker already, released several albums under it, and created a new fanbase that they can ignore and not appreciate. don't get me twisted here: I truly love their music and I have bought all their CD's, forked over way too much money for a BOC vinyl collection, and bought their T-Shirts through official channels. I have supported them. but by the same token, shouldn't they give a little back to the people who made them as successful as they are? an update on their official website with a link to their Bleep page so I can buy another copy of Trans-Canada? no, that's not good enough. sorry, that's just lazy.
yea, yea, yea. they don't owe me, you or anyone anything. but is it too much to ask for a simple answer to a simple question: is a new record coming or not? yes or no. why can they update their official sites with links to shit that we already know about, but not make a simple post on their Facebook page that says Yes or No. just a simple one word post would put all this speculation to rest.
Boards of Canada, we have gave you our time, our money and our hearts. now give us something. tell us, is the new album coming out or not?
