Bicycle touring!!! and paint bombing billboards
A clearance in a wooded area, you startle a deer, it runs into the pines. Vast turquoise lakes and icy rivers, crisp mountain air. A bald eagle soars above. The distant sound of a chainsaw. Redwood smoke

Perhaps the don't exist at all, maybe warp made it all up.

Basinski: I wanted Cascade to become this crystalline organism like a star or a liquid crystal spaceship, a jellyfish traveling through the galaxy…

Or maybe it's just Autechre's side project.

Seeing that the opening track is titled Sixtyniner, that seems about right.

This long wait has made me come to the realization that it really isn't about the publicity for them, or how many fans they have or the hype the receive. I'm sure we all know that, but understanding that now I think we should all feel lucky they've released any music beyond cassette recordings passed amongst their family and friends. Nothing groundbreaking, but I think we can agree?

Sure, there is enough material to keep the music fresh for years and years. I think we can thank the bros for that, aside from many other things. However the fanbase expect them to be something what they aren't, and they seem to be always under a veil of mistery when compared to other similar musicians. Of course I'd love a new album but, I have an inner admiration for their personal and artistic conceptions and many times I think that's the kind of life I should be living.

I just like to get in here and read a bunch of desperate groupies like me, makes me laugh and feel kinda right.

You forgot to mention that little boys uncle kept telling him he would get that fire engine for his next birthday and it never happened, hence the reaction.
