King Crimson - In the Court of the Crimson King
King Crimson - In the Wake of Poseidon
Led Zeppelin - Houses of the Holy
Pink Floyd - Piper at the Gates of Dawn

So.. I'm pretty much in a late 60's, 70's music mode right now...

I love progressive/space/psychedelic/art rock of the 70's. Any other reccomendations?

Oh, right on. Never heard of silver apples or 13th floor elevator. I'll have to check those out.

I only asked just because I've found with a lot of progressive/art rock people either love it or hate it... there don't seem to be a whole a lot of casual Jethro Tull listeners, for instance... :D

you gotta check out the silver apples. google them and read their story...they were messing with electronics ages before anyone else...

Underworld - Pearl's Girl (Album Version)

So evil, yet SO good! This track can tear almost any rave apart at the seams... A total classic!

Bitcrush - The Missing

Probably the best new artist I've heard in a long time. Brilliant combination of electronics and shoegaze. Check out this microsite and listen to his new album "In Distance" in full.
