Just ran 13k in 1 hour 10 minutes, with hills

Congrats! Hopefully you didn't feel to out of it by the end. I have terrible stamina so I can't even fathom doing something like that.

Nah I didn't feel too bad by the end, I run 5 times a week so i've gotten used to the aches and pains. It was a nice route, I went out of town through some trails along a river so that made it more interesting.

Ah running is great, once you get the bug you can't stop, and even contemplating not going out for a run seems weird.

As Hurricane Isaac (a.k.a. Tropical Storm "Summer Forever") draws near and classes get canceled through Wednesday, time to resume summer plans for a couple of more days..

..i.e. continue to sit around and do nothing and wait for school to start!
