Upon listening to Geogaddi all the way through again for the billionth time I was reminded of the brothers' astounding attention to detail with all the tiny infinitesimal layers of texture and sound. So for them to take 8+ years to make a new album is a very good sign.

I've only listened to this album maybe 20 times since it was released. It is so intense, I have to prepare myself for it.

I didn't say they were working on it for 8+ years necessarily but still they've been doing stuff on and off for that long I'm sure.
