these 1977 refs, its 36 years ago, 36 digits make up this sort of code, 36 days from 20th or 19th April to release date?

This is brilliant. They're communicating in codes that only us the diehard fans can appreciate. Couldn't be any happier right now.

Whether it's a date or not the number 36 (or 6 X 6) is pretty important to all this. Hexagons forever, everyone.

Julie & Candy => One Got Fat => which hellinterface commented on posting the link to a video on the hellinterface account, which in the description had a link to a video uploaded by tarekeys called csch which had the numbers.

Also not quite either. The 'ONE GOT FAT' is a reference to the EYDIAB on YT using footage of 'One Got Fat' for the video, and that's where the comment was posted - not on the original film.
Julie & Candy > EYDIAB video comment > Hell Interface video description > csch
After first hearing the vinyl were the comments on here of the jingle's similarity of style to EYDIAB's opening vignette from the Hi Scores EP... Hell Interface then posts a comment on the video featuring that same piece, to link indirectly to the next code. May or may not have been an intentional choice, but it ties in well.

Oops! I just also edited my post before you replied. 6/13 is also a Thursday so even if it was right..no cigar. GREAT thinking though!Morti_Viventear wrote:2020k wrote:The pi theory is very interesting. Someone posted it in the 2020k comments as well.
I made the last PI comment on 2020k, but I got the wrong slot order.

That is a great idea, thanks for posting that. Unfortunately we've never had many good contacts with the Japanese fans in the past. There's a couple Japanese interviews we know exist, for example, but haven't had the resources to find. How well do you know Japanese?
