The second and third number sound very much like one syllable to me. The emphasis of the number makes me think that's it's a 5 and not a 9. yeah, without a doubt its the NPR code. Which means...we either have to wait another day for the final code or maybe something similar will happen in NYC this evening and give us the fifth and final spot
