I need to listen to the whole album again. There's some REALLY good stuff on there, and some points when they're showing real progression, but - from my first listen - it felt like there was a bit too much that felt more like 'filler' and that the album could've done with being a bit shorter.

I think it'll grow on me as a whole singular album, though, with repeat listens.

NP: Julia Holter - 'Finale' (though it's just ending now)

I've listened to it a few times and it's growing on me, but I have to agree with you on the filler feeing, parts of it just feel a bit aimless. And I'm really not feeling the MC they got in on those few tracks, he just sounds like the weak kid with no flow who hangs about in the back of a cipher and gets a few pity bars.

King Krule? I'd heard of him, but was thrown off when I heard his voice for the first time in these collaborations, just cause I didn't think his face fit his voice at all. I'm quite liking 'You Took Your Time', with him featured, though I wasn't quite so keen at first (and still now, it's the production of that track that most impresses me above all else).

Right now I'm listening to the new track by Rrose "Shrouds" off of the Waterfall Variations EP. Good techno.

Today listening to Bach. That guy could write!
