SPLIT YOUR INFINITES IS A BAD SONG

It's the only BoC song I consider to be straight up bad, rather than [negative adjective] with [redeeming qualities]. It just doesn't draw me in, excite me, or give me anything to celebrate or sink my teeth into sonically.

I really like this one melody (it's all SP00000KAAAAY AND SCARAAAAY but it's funky at the same time) in SYI and that's it

We have "Music Has The Right To Children" and "Geogaddi" and you have issue with this?? ;)

I kind of know what you mean. But I'm convinced this track is 'the key' to unlocking TH.

I always thought MHTRTC was quite self-explanatory as a pro-sampling argument.

The Cosmos is the offspring of God; and Man, as it were, is the offspring of the Cosmos. I like that.

I thought you were talking about grammar rather than meaning... :)

Mr Pedantic says, 'Neither of those are grammatically incorrect. They're odd, but not wrong grammatically.'

It's definitely not great.

I get the weird feeling it's more of a necessary piece of the puzzle on Tomorrow's Harvest though rather than an independent track that is supposed to stand alone.

Split your infinities is a absolutely huge song, it gives me the feeling of huge engine/spaceship takin off, also the last few seconds of sound, I think, it's sampled, but it's so hard to tell from, it still haunts me

It feels more like a segue to me than an actual song, but I love it. I can't say anything negative about Tomorrow's Harvest. It's perfect. Maybe that's a controversial opinion.

Love Split Your Infinities! Didn't Mikey Harms use it as the intro to his TH podcast? My memory may be letting me down there. I do kind if get the segue thing, but to me it continues the feel of Skyliner and that's no bad thing in my book.

I always thought it was more generally about music having the right to evolve and develop into new styles and ideas. It also struck me as a bit tongue in cheek, somewhat.

Has it ever been explained by the brothers? I had assumed it had no specific meaning and was just a bit of a fun/joke title.

I don't think so.

I used to be tempted to say the same, that it doesn't mean anything. But I've learnt over time that they hardly ever do anything without thinking about it, least of all something as important as an album title.

I think Turqoise Hexagon Sun is boring.

Also, Split Your Infinities is quite good.

What about Orange Hexagon Sun? or is the whole thing a lost cause in your book?
