Just my 2 cents but I think the HI FB page was probably hacked prompting the black out images and removal of the raiders video,

They probably are gearing up for a release with all the recent activity, I don't think they're purposefully leaving breadcrumbs for us to follow though

They've posted a video from TH and then TCH EP about a month before so far, what I'd love to see is them posting more videos going back through their discography in reverse order which would lead up to a release of either some old tunes via boxset or something new altogether but leaning more towards a less desolate and more nostalgic sound

Was always a bit sceptical of a space theme for BOC and thought it would be a bit of a cop out for them to do - although I have no doubt they would pull this off with spectacular results!

Based on the remixes we've heard in the last few years I'd be really happy with some 70'sesque post flower power sunshine synths

It was a month or less after the Whitney Houston HI remix fake that got debunked by mdg. Of course, that fake was was based on some magazine scan or something mentioning How Will I Know right? But since Sheol was so soon after the remix fake, it seems like, if it's indeed legit, they might have chosen that profile pic with the recent fake in mind, as opposed to independently of it by coincidence. Like they almost wanted it to have the trappings of a fake. If they wanted it to be more plausibly genuine they could have easily made it happen. That sounds absurd :D . But the HI fbook upload dates + Sixtyniner's XMP dates are hard to ignore, I have to say.

And yet again, you're sounding like you're already making excuses in advance. I sense this vibe in a lot of your earlier posts too. It's like you have some kind of remorse of what you did and decided to "reverse" everything by turning all into black. And now you're here putting emphasis all the time on how it could easily be dismissible as a fake. Sounds to me like you have advance knowledge. Time to come clean? The confession seat is over there.

Right, so once again we're back to ignoring all of the mountains of evidence that Sheol Boundary, the Hell Interface FB, and all the other activity is legitimate, and baselessly accusing a valued member of the community of masterminding an 8-year long hoax that would apparently involve faking XMP data.

-The Sheol Boundary account was created the exact same day the banner was uploaded to the Bandcamp account. The video used samples of Red Moss unavailable to the general public.

-The Hell Interface FB was created the same day as Nuevas Semillas was uploaded, and used a profile picture that also appeared on their other legitimate accounts.

Why is it that you continue to disregard all of this evidence you yourself recognized just a few pages ago to accuse EGBDF of faking this entire thing based on... Some kind of "vibe" you're reading into his posts?

I think it's time to dip out of this thread. This is getting ridiculous and honestly pretty frustrating to read. It's embarrassing.

I really don't think that this could be the case and there to not be any clarification from official sources. I find it less and less likely for every day that passes.

Yes. The reason they referenced Whitney Houston is because there was a fake Hell Interface remix of Whitney Houston that it was a tongue-in-cheek reference to. 99% of your "but Why Whitney Houston?!?" post can be answered by that.

Now go read all of the evidence collected showing that the accounts are legitimate, if you actually care to discuss the activity, at least. Because your projections as to what Hell Interface would or wouldn't do don't exactly outweigh all of the data.

I'm pretty convinced at this point that their intention is creating chaos and messing with their hardcore fans who analyze everything they put on the internet.

Maybe they'll release something soon, maybe they won't. At this point I'm not even sure if this relates to new music at all or if they're just trolling us for fun. But it's pretty funny, all they had to do was post a couple of things from accounts that didn't have the little Facebook checkmark (accounts we can confirm are legit in other ways, they just don't have the corporate social media stamp of approval) and then sit back and watch the fan community go to pieces lmao.

They had a whole EP about the waco tragedy, I don't see why they would have a problem making light of Whitney Houston's passing

i’m not entirely sure the lot of you understand what it takes to hack into someone’s private accounts like that. It’s not just something someone can wake up and go “woah it’d be so cool to hack into one of BoC’s Facebook pages”!!! Don’t get me wrong, there are some real nut jobs out there and some even here that would hack into those accounts if tempted, but again, that’s no easy feat. The probability that the HI FB page is fake is so statistically improbable, and to say it was hacked is not nearly as improbable, but again everyone, Occam’s razor... If someone was able to easily hack into the HI page, why would they not have just posted on more active, and confirmed pages like the youtube channels? I’m not entirely caught up on the whole Sheol Boundary situation, but from what I know it seems to be the brothers account. Red Moss samples unreleased to the public? And like others have stated, if this whole thing was a big breach of privacy and the account was hacked, there would have been a public statement from MDG, or one of the mods. That’s not something the band would take lightly at all. I agree with Twentington in one area tho, I don’t think there’s some sort of bread crumb trail to follow. That being said I cannot provide a reasonable explanation as to why they posted what they did, it was certainly weird and out of left field for the brothers, but until they or someone trustworthy says otherwise, I think it would be nonsensical to believe it wasn’t them. This is all extremely weird, and we all want something new from BoC, but let’s not go mad in the process... if we haven’t all already...

Same here, we never fixed the Cosecha code right? I've been thinking about this the last few days, What if, if we fixed the Cosecha code, we would have gotten an EP out of it?

Completely agree - I'm convinced there's more still to be uncovered with TH.

As well as the cosecha-transmisiones site staying up for so long after the album campaign finished, it feels like there are other loose ends that haven't yet been followed to any kind of conclusion (at least as far as I know).

I remember a bit of talk a few years back about the opening seconds of many/all of the tracks on the album being discovered to contain short and very quiet snippets of the ends of other tracks, which seemed to hint at each track having a 'twin' and implies an alternate tracklisting and/or different reading of the narrative of the album. Did anyone compile a definitive list of all the examples of this? Can't seem to find one...

That would appear to fit with the theme of duality found in many other aspects of the record - Gemini ('twins'), the sun(s) splitting at the end of the RFTD video, Come To Dust being a reprise of RFTD, the palindromic structure of Collapse (which seems like another hint at alternate narrative or way of listening to the album)... there's also Peter Serafinowicz on 6 Music speculating before the TH campaign kicked off that their next album would be a double album (though I've no idea whether or not he actually had any inside knowledge), and MDG saying at some point pre-2013 that BOC had "more than one album at an advanced stage" (I'm paraphrasing, but it was something to that effect).

All of that makes me think there might be some kind of companion piece to TH that we haven't yet heard, whether that's as yet undiscovered music hidden out there somewhere, another upcoming release or an alternative way of listening to the album we already have that hasn't been uncovered yet...

Assuming the recent activity is all legit, the possible emerging theme around deepfakes/technology breeding distrust/misinformation/conspiracy theories etc would fit pretty nicely with TH - any/all of those things could be catalysts for a collapse (the "inevitable stage that lies in front of us")...

(And yep I'm fully aware that the above reads like a conspiracy theory... maybe BOC are trying to tell us to knock the rampant speculation on the head and stop overanalysing everything :) )

I'm not disregarding that evidence. I can't yet make a claim that all of this is in fact 100% legit and until further notice I will remain skeptical. Sorry if I'm stepping on sore toes here. I've been around for long enough to know one should be cautious in boc territory. And to me it seems EGBDF is very prudent in his posts as well. Guess neither of us wants to look like a fool in the end.

Can people provide links to what they are talking about?
I've tried scrolling back to catch up and this discussion about Whitney Huston just seems to have appeared out of nowhere, but maybe I am being a bit slow today...

What are you guys all talking about?
I am aware of the supposed existence of a Hell Interface Whitney Huston remix, why is this relevant again?

I'm not sure about all of the tracks, but Reach for the Dead, for instance, starts and ends with the same drone sound. As for the duality aspect--Mike described the album itself to be a palindrome. That might be what you're referring to? I put the album in palindromic order in this youtube video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mW95wIoHgBA

I think it may be less than this. Maybe they thought they could change a picture on an obscure social media page without sending fans into a frenzy. Maybe all is means is that a brother used Facebook that day, and nothing more. Posted something ephemeral and then blacked it out.

I’m not entirely sure the lot of you understand that none of you know personnaly Marcus and Mike. And even with the interviews about them, we don't know much about there personnality, their humour, etc.

So please stop trying to pretend to know what type of joke they would do, what type of comment they would make etc.

This is really starting to sound a lot like some obessive fan BS

They were reffering, as Collapse being "a point of no return". Which is a perfect palindrome. And second part of the album "less human". You can start from both ends and end up in the middle. For me, Collapse is more like a black hole, to which all those parts come together and from which those fall apart.
