At about 4 mins into the track, you can hear a weird echo-ey vocal which says "too good to be true", here's my isolation of it:phpBB [media]
This comes from The Dave Clark Five - Everybody KnowsphpBB [media]
Here is a side-by-side comparison (the Dave Clark Five sample was lowered by about 2 semitones):phpBB [media]

It's reversed, pitched up, and time-stretched a little a bit in the Dead Dogs Two remix, so it's a little hard to hear. Here's a comparison with a reversed Barangrill:phpBB [media]

I was playing around with Ultimate Vocal Remover today and discovered this:phpBB [media]
The isolated vocal sample at 3:52 sounds to me like "perfect example". In the mix it still sounds like "circle", but I can't hear that hard "c" in the isolated version. I can hear why some think it's "purple" too. But those last three peaks sound like ex-am-ple.
