So, does 18 June 2025 mean anything? That’s quite a short lifespan for a certificate. Usually they last a year or two.

pretty sure this is promo stuff for the upcoming mark pritchard & thom yorke collab album they're dropping next week, hence the "mpty" in the #mptyjz hashtag they're using

Only if people choose to ignore all previous hints of new music, then yes.The context of the bigger picture is important.
HappyCyclist wrote:I’m following along. Their social media likes haven't done anything for me. I see MDG as credible, but… slow. Them saying three years ago that an album is on the way makes me shrug. It would be nice if they had more of a presence here, weird that this was in the DMs.
It shouldn’t be written off so easily that the message “nobody home…” could mean just that.

Ah shit, true. Not sure what the JZ means though.

Glad you follow along. Pity the likes don't do much for you and others. And this on the platform where they are the most active on since quite a while now. Ramping up of video posts since 2024.
Their official account doing the effort to give 36 likes over a span of 6 weeks and 7 unique days isn't something to be neglected. It's 100% public confirmation of things to come. There is simply no reason to believe they would cherry pick "new album?" comments only to troll us.
The next step is basically broadcasting a status update on Instagram with a link where to buy LP5 or more likely a link to the start of a promo campaign.
If MDG had been silent in 2022 it wouldn't have been great either for people. As a matter of fact I don't think MDG can do any good unless he deliberately breaks the Warp NDA. And why weird that it's in the DMs? He obviously knew it wouldn't stay long in the DM and the rest is history... He has been active for quite a while here and it could be he's simply fed up with how sometimes the vibe was towards him or maybe his personal life became much more important. Or both. Message received anyways.![]()
IMO there is a 0% chance that "Nobody Home" implies there won't be new music.
But I'm 99% certain that this is not related to LP5 - that one is still coming, backed by other reasons.

It could be a tongue-in-cheek way of saying that the cosecha transmisiones website will no longer be used, or a placeholder for now.
Honestly I'm now inclined towards the former, as the name cosecha transmisiones in my mind is permanently tied to Tomorrow's Harvest. I don't want them to use an old part of that albums puzzle in a new projects campaign. I think of each Boards of Canada album with an individual identity.
So I don't believe cosecha transmisiones will receive any further updates beyond this one, "nobody home" is cool, cryptic, and dandy (and a good way to leave that site)
