To be perfectly honest with you. I thought it was a pisstake by BoC. Treat ‘em right’ - with the image of a wad of cash. I genuinely thought they were taking to piss out of those that bought it. :) ;)

Could you explain to me in simple terms how you think that someone doing a remix for another band on another record label would have any say in the artwork for the release that remix is on?

It could go like this… “yeah! We’ll do a remix can we release it separately with its own artwork though?”

Stop pretending that BoC have any interest in their fanbase. They don’t and in all likelihood, they hate you!

“Of course, it's lovely to hear that people we've never met are really enjoying our music, because it feels as though we must have something in common, I mean psychologically, with those listeners. So it is satisfying, and fascinating.”

Oh, yeah, they definitely hate us.

Let's not forget the whole TH ARG, where they even had our forum participate as one of the clues.

Or what about the An Eagle In Your Mind Video Contest?

In some cases yes… but I doubt all. If that was the case then BoC should have a pretty decent sized collection of human heads.

Thanks for sharing! I've been aware of Ulrich Schnauss forever but for whatever reason never checked him out.

My far fetched theory is that the LP5 ARG has already started. And it will be under the guise of Hell Interface. BOC is playing the long game, waiting for us to naturally discover the clues. Hell Interface define what it looks like.

Except the theme of this album will be unlike any other. So we can’t use number theory (MHRTC), subliminal messaging (Geogaddi), drug trips (TCH) and what we had last with Tomorrow’s Harvest. It’s going to be a novel one, so best to let the chips fall where they may and open our minds to be ready for the reveal. It could be months, years, a decade.

It will be a Space themed album that goes back to basics. And the truth will be right under our nose.

Personally I think there is too much financially at stake for Warp for the release date to be determined by us discovering clues at our own pace. The release date is probably pre determined to fit in with an existing financial plan and profits for the relevant quarter.

If they do decide to do some ARG this time round somebody will “find” the clues if we miss them. I don’t think there is anything we can do to influence what the date is.

There is no release date… There is no new album… There is no Bigfoot… What’s it going to take for you to finally pack up and go home?

Don’t turn yourselves into schizophrenics.
Stop the numerology.

They had their fun with us and tried to show you the clues, but all you heard was ‘9, orange 10 etc’. The devil was in the details from the very beginning. But I guess most of you didn’t see it.

Harry Nutsack equals 24 posts of negativity! You know I would say 25 posts, but in fact you did create a topic in which no-one has responded to you (hmmmmm I wonder why?)

It's because you are an utter delight. You can't expect to insult everyone here under the sun, and also receive feedback on your topic.

I also know who you are lol

We seriously need another sign before this thread derails completely. As has been repeated a million times, MDG confirmed an album back in 2022. Yes, that was a while ago, but the follow-up to TCH was first confirmed c.2008, and Tomorrow's Harvest didn't appear for another 5 years. So y'know, there's still time.

That being said, all the Instagram likes earlier this year would suggest that perhaps something is due sooner rather than later, but no official BoC announcements have been made yet other than the recent merch drop. In light of that, the more time that passes since the likes without definitive info about a new album, the more reasonable it becomes to suggest that perhaps BoC decided (or were pressured) into prematurely drumming up hype to sell merch.

This is admittedly a very cynical way of looking at it, and in my view would be out of character for the brothers. However, there is clearly increasing frustration with the pace of things, and I'm sure another sign to hang in there would not go amiss.

I'm not on Nutsack's level as far as cynicism goes, but i do feel his sentiment is an equal part of this topic just like all the numorology posts proving a new album is in the works (remember Opothecary?). Equally ridiculous, but have never seen a mod coming out to explain why those claims didn't make sense. Questioning the significance of some Instagram likes surely will!

I’m somewhat cynical about new music soon, but also trying to keep a level head. I feel like there has to be room for “nobody home” to mean exactly that, nothing is happening. Though Warp has been somewhat activated with social media likes, and a merch restock, that doesn’t matter much to me. Meanwhile MDG hasn’t been helpful in some time, whatever we heard from them could be old news at this point. If new music is coming, I kind of hope there is no ARG attached to it.

Nobody home on a 12 years old website is imo just that: nothing here
* a few moments later *
New merch announced on the current websites

I like to think it's not that deep. Same for the 38 "new album" likes. They hear and acknowledge.

I get that, and I easily leave room the Morse code message on the old site to mean something more. I hope you leave room in the other direction— that it could straightforwardly mean that nobody’s there.

And like I said, anything Warp is doing doesn’t move my needle much. They have their own interests, and would like a new album as much as we would.

The most solid liaison with Boards that we have is MDG and they’ve been absent. Remember when they used to be active here, and even pop up and comment in threads from time to time? It’s almost as if ... /// -. --- -... --- -.. -.-- / .... --- -- . .-.-.- .-.-.- .-.-.-

How old are they now? 55? 60?

Punching in beatz on an MPC at 60 would be both based af and sad af simultaneously.
